Gemini Health provides direct primary care services to help our patients maintain their quality of health. We encourage health maintenance, promoting healthy life habits, patient education, diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses. Patients can schedule their physicals, annual wellness checks and immunizations with our practice knowing they will be provided dedicated and compassionate care. By providing these collaborative services in a single location, we provide ease of access for medical care to our community.

How It Works
How It Works
The first step is to contact us and schedule your first consultation. All initial consultations can be scheduled within a week. Each initial client consult is at least an hour long with one of our professional therapists.
During the first intake, a person-centered plan will be established with your goals in mind. After this consult, individual and group therapy services can begin.
